New Year, New Diet? Try Twinkies!


Yep, if you're wanting to shed some holiday pounds, the try the Twinkie diet!

The man in this study lost 27 pounds in 2 months by eating junk food! Boo-ya!

Didn't finish the Twinkie article. I am not sure this is good for me to be reading right after I have been forced to admit I have diabetes. But the books say it is not sugar but carbohydrates. I am tempted to try his diet but I got over the twinkie lust years ago. I don't have a lot of trouble ignoring sugar, but Doritos, those I miss.
